Codis is an office-based organisation and as such the environmental impacts are considerably less than those of some industries. Codis’ role in automating and streamlining business processes helps organisations reduce their environmental bearing, for example by electronic transactions and integration of systems.

Furthermore Codis is reducing the amount of paper documentation included with their software and maximising use of electronic downloads both for software and supporting materials.

One of Codis’ goals is to reduce their Carbon emissions. This year Codis has put in place a process to begin monitoring the carbon impact of their offices. Codis’ aim has been to:

Codis encourage and support methods used to seek ways to minimise bearing through employee education and awareness. Codis this year, has focused on ‘being green’ and offices have devoted resources to educate and enthuse people about making changes at work and at home. These included::

Diversity and parity have always been a part of the way Codis conducts business; a ‘Standard of Principles’ has been developed to form part of its compliance framework. This outlines the standards which Codis is expected to meet regarding diversity and equality amongst other things and communicates to employees Codis’ stance. .
