People
Targets based on what is most meaningful to Codis’ people for improvement are set locally and approved at Board level. Examples of focus areas include up-skilling, improving diversity and employee engagement.

This can be evidenced by the recycling policy implemented throughout the business and the efforts taken to reducing the collective Carbon footprint.
