Licence Renewal

When the expiry date has been reached, it will be necessary to email us again to re-license Excelerator. 

Select the Sage 200 Excelerator Custom toolbar and License.  The status of the current license will be displayed.

The following screen indicates the status that will be displayed when a licence has expired:


Generate Licence Request

Click on Licence > Generate Licence Request.


The following screen will be displayed.


The existing User Information and Licence ID will be displayed.  If the User Details need to be amended, then tick Edit your information and make the necessary changes.

Click Generate request code to generate a licence request and select Copy to clipboard. The licence request string copied to the clipboard, can be pasted into an email which must be sent in order to obtain the Activation Codes.

Close the window by selecting the 'X' in the top right hand corner of the box.  Note, if the Generate Licence Request option is re-selected before the Activation Codes are entered, then the details entered previously will show as blank until the Activation Codes are entered.

Once the licence string is received by email from Codis Licensing, then this should be applied as described in the following section.

Note, the licence string must be applied within seven days of receipt otherwise, it will expire.

Enter Activation Code

Click on Licence > Enter Activation Code.


The following screen will be displayed.


Copy the Activation String from the email received from Codis Licensing and paste into the licensing window by selecting Paste activation code.  

On doing so a preview of the licence details will be displayed.  

If the details are not correct please contact Codis Licensing immediately.

If the details are correct then, click Activate product which will display a pop-up confirmation.


Clicking OK to the pop-up will complete the licence activation process and display the licensing details:


The licence window can be closed by selecting 'X' in the top right hand corner of the screen.c
